Summer house removed, 25m of shadowbox fencing installed, new patios (25sqm), raised beds, decorative aggregates and making split level. From the quote to the completion of works, I found the whole team to be helpful and communicative. If there was delay, I was called early on to explain why and works would restart. Despite the inclement weather, the whole project was only delayed a couple of days. The quality of the finish was excellent and the workmen cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone having similar works done (patio/driveway replaced).
We eventually decided on Puzzled Monkey for conducting the work in our back garden. We had seen a few people for quotes, but they say you just know and we had a good feeling from the outset when meeting with Craig the owner. Fair to say the team did a fantastic job! Particular thanks to Jason and Niall, they were both hard working, informative, knowledgeable and took real pride in the work they did. Jason being the lead was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us updated throughout, he really knows porcelain. Willie was also great and gave another layer of assurance. I have no concerns in highly recommending them. We now have the oasis we were after and are looking forward to enjoying it, so thanks again guys.
Spruce Garden Services/Puzzled Monkey Landscaping repaired/rebuilt 18m of our wooden garden fence in March. The team carried out the work in atrocious conditions where it rained Ed heavily every day. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the finished fence. The team were very helpful, polite and hard working. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Green garden oasis in the city! Turned a relatively small area, approx 7m x 5m, with an old deck and drab chippings into a lovely green space! Total transformation and very happy with the results.

Craig’s team were professional and courteous during the time that they were here and I would like to particularly mention Scott and Alan who were great.
Work carried out included the installation of a extensive new patio area with flower beds around the patio and fantastic red cedar wood screens at either end. In addition, large flower beds were created to the rear of the garden with a seating area and pea gravel walkway introduced. We are very happy with the work carried out and we would definitely use them again in the future.
Firstly Craig came around to give me excellent advice on how to improve the state of my garden. Subsequently I have had a new garden post installed by the landscape team (sorry have forgotten names) and 2 separate visits from the gardening team, firstly to initially tidy up the garden, cut back shrubs and treat beds with herbicide (Euan and colleagues) and secondly to put down mulch (Matthew and colleague). All work was done as scheduled and to a very high standard and far exceeded my expectations. All the staff I spoke to were very courteous and very eager to please. All were a credit to the company. I have already asked Craig to come back to discuss the next phase of the work, and what ongoing maintenance I would like.
